Nelson W. Baker, P.Eng.
President, CEO and Director
Mr. Baker, P.Eng., the son of a very successful prospector in Canada, has been active in the mineral exploration industry for over 50 years. He received his Mining Technology Diploma in1964 at the Haileybury School of Mines, in Ontario followed by a B.Sc. degree in Geological Engineering in 1968 from the South Dakota School of Mines, in Rapid City, South Dakota, U.S.A.

His career has focused on the search for large scale gold and base metal deposits in Canada and in the United States of America. Prior to 2005, Mr. Baker, as a senior geologist for 14 years with Esso Mineral Canada and later a geological consultant, he was involved with a number of base metal discoveries in Canada and in the United States of America and has supervised several advanced gold projects in Canada's major gold districts like Hemlo, Red Lake, Pickle Crow and in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. In addition, Mr. Baker was involved in the search for nickel deposits in the Raglan area in northern Labrador and in the Fox River area of northern Manitoba and in the exploration for IOCG deposits in northern Namibia, west Africa.

In 2005, Mr. Baker identified a gold project held by Nuinsco Resources in northwestern Ontario, the Rainy river Project, as having strong expansion potential. As a result, he was one of the founding principles of Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSXV: RR), and initially served as a director and later President and CEO of Rainy River from March 2005 to June 2009. During that period, he and his team successfully expanded the Rainy River gold deposit from 450,000 ounces to 5 million ounces of gold before stepping down.

Mr. Baker has been the President and CEO of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. since July 2010.

In June 2012, Mr. Baker and his technical team recognized that the Homestake Gold Belt in the Black Hills of South Dakota was vastly underexplored using modern exploration techniques. As a result, this belt has become the Company's prime focus. Over the years he has served on several boards particularly in the junior resource sector.

Presently, Mr. Baker is a registered member of the Professional Engineering Association in Ontario and is a lifetime member of the Prospectors and Development Association (PDAC) of Canada having been a continuous member since 1970.
Marshall Bertram
Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Director
Mr. Bertram has over 40 years of corporate experience with several North America publicly traded mining production and exploration companies partipating in acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-outs, reverse transactions and IPO's. He has served as Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. since August 2010. Mr. Bertram was the founder of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. and he served as President of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. from September 1, 2006 until July 26, 2010 and Chief Executive Officer from May 4, 2007 until July 26, 2010. Mr. Bertram has served as Chief Financial Officer of RPT Resources Ltd. from November 1997 to 2010 and Chief Financial Officer of Rainy River Resources Ltd. from February 2005 to February 2007.
Bradley Baker
Vice President Corporate Development and Director
Mr. Bradley Baker has been involved in many facets of the mineral exploration industry including finance for over 20 years starting out as a field assistant collecting rock and till samples for Pure Gold Minerals during the Lac de Gras diamond era in the mid 90's and later as a geological assistant in northern British Columbia, Sakatchewan and in the Hemlo District in Ontario..

Mr. Bradley Baker was elected as a director of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. on September 2009 and appointed as Vice President Corporate Development on September 2010. He serves as a corporate communication consultant and has, for the past several years, provided his services as an investor relations and communication consultant to various public companies. After attending the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Baker became a financial advisor for Raymond James Ltd (formerly McDermid St. Lawrence) and, in 2001, he completed the Professional Financial Planning course. In January 2005, Mr. Bradley Baker was retained by Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSX.V - RR) to provide Investor Relations services and was directly involved in the raising of over $60 million and guided the original development of Rainy River's marketing campaign. In October 2009, he was retained by Temex Resources Corp. (TSX.V - TME) as a corporate communication consultant.
James G. Clark
Independent Director
Mr. Clark is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He has been a director of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. since February 2011. He has held various exploration geological positions with both major and junior explorers. In 1987, Mr. Clark began his consulting career and has completed a lengthy list of projects across Canada and globally. Mr. Clark has been the Executive Director of the Ontario Prospectors Association (OPA) since restructuring in 2000 and has been a Director, Vice President or President of OPA since its formation in the early 1990's. Mr. Clark serves on various Ontario government committees and boards that support the mineral explorers. Some of these include the Minister of Mines Mining Act Advisory Committee and Ontario Geological Survey Advisory Board. He has served on the board of directors of several companies including f Elissa Resources ltd.,Suparna Gold Corp., Challenger Deep Resources Corp., Declan Resources Inc., and Lakeland Resources Inc.
Richard Adams, P.Eng
Independent Director
Mr. Adams brings over 40 years of mining, exploration and development experience in the industry and has served as an independent director of Mineral Mountain since June 2012. He is a professional engineer and a graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, S.D. Mr. Adams has been involved in all stages of mining operations and development in Canada and internationally, in capacities ranging from project engineer to Senior Vice President. Since November, he has been the Chief Operating Officer of Carlisle Goldfields Limited.
Barry T. Coughlan
Independent Director
Mr. Coughlan is a self-employed Vancouver based businessman and financier who over the past 30 years has been involved in the financing of private and publicly traded companies. His principal occupation is President of TBC Ventures Ltd., a private investment company, which provides management, technical and financial services to a number of public companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Coughlan's strengths have been the identification, negotiation and the securing of viable resource projects worldwide, coupled with an intimate familiarity with all aspects of financial transactions and the domestic and international capital markets as they relate to resource companies.

Mr. Coughlan is presently a director of five publicly traded companies.
